BACKSTORY:
Part of my Rockman Power Battle sprite animation series. Basically like WWE, but with Rockman. All characters are from Rockman Power Battle and Power Fighters (in order to keep everything of comparable size)
Rockman Rumble got such a good response at AnimeLA, that I decided to make followup WWE Pay-Per-View style events. My first concern was, my source material left me with only 18 useable characters. I needed to expand the roster, so I decided to custom edit additional characters.

This is Skullman from Megaman 4. My final edit with Bass's sprite sheet. Although his "Skull Barrier" weapon is kinda dumb, I did some playing around with it to give him some additional abilities he didn't originally have (but still keeping with the spirit of the character). He will definitely be one of my main event players.
